SIMON DANTON is the new Commercial Manager at Turbo Technics. He joins at a time when demand for turbocharger repairs, remanufactured turbochargers and performance upgrades is strong and interest in the company’s turbocharger balancing machines at an all time high. Simon’s appointment is the start of a planned expansion to meet the rising demand for its products.

Founder and MD Geoff Kershaw said “Simon brings a balance of commercial and engineering knowledge which will help us expand in response to our growing customer base."

The demand for remanufactured turbochargers, especially the automotive sector, continues to grow. Simon’s experience has been gained during a number of roles within the motorsport and automotive sector as well during his time as a commissioned officer in the Royal Air Force.

During his time as Cosworth Limited’s Commercial Manager, he was involved with a number of high performance automotive projects including the development of the Vanquish S engine for Aston Martin, and the CSR range of road and race engines for Caterham Cars.
